Adoption of time domain theory* that aims to achieve original sound playback
The time domain theory aims to inhibit the superfluous vibration and internal reverberation that cause noise distortion so as to produce a waveform true to the original sound and thus provide audio playback that is as close as possible to the original audio source.

Built-in COMFORT Play Mode suitable for compressed audio sources.
PLAY MODE suppresses the ultra-high or low frequency noise integrated with MP3, AAC, WMA and other compressed audio sources to produce optimum quality audio.

The first** speaker based on time domain theory* with a built-in dedicated iPod® dock connector.

The built-in dedicated iPod® dock connector allows the user to recharge or use the attached remote control to operate power ON/OFF, volume, playback, pause and search+ functions. You can also attach the Universal Dock adapter++ that comes with your iPod® to the dock to reduce the load on the connector terminal.

* The time domain theory is a theory advocated by Hiroyuki Yoshii that aims to reconstruct sound as closely to the original audio source as possible by inhibiting the superfluous vibrations and internal reverberation that cause noise distortion to reproduce waveforms as they were originally generated.
